In order to better understand the needs and frustrations of the users, I used both interviews and questionnaires. Initially, I sent Google surveys to 50 potential users, including small travel agencies that currently operate without a CRM system and larger agencies that rely on existing CRM platforms. This approach allowed me to gather insights from both ends of the spectrum, identifying the key pain points and gaps in current solutions."
